Either food or Cosmetics-Vacuum is in

In the packaging or food item manufacturing and packaging world, the biggest animal is the microbial attack.  If the edible product manufactured keeping in mind all its freshness and taste values in mind, and then packed but before reaching to the consumer it gets deteriorated by the microbes.  Mainly, the microbes such as fungi are found to settle on the humid or oily food or even dry as bread product.  If it happens, then not only the entire efforts of manufacturing it goes in vein, but also the loss of money and resources including the companies reputation in market.  Also, there are chances that if the air enters the packet or any how the packet get punchered, then the packed food may get oxidized which actually makes its tasteless and in rainy season the humidity enters the food which makes it unbearable to use.

But, there has to be a solution for dealing with all such problems.  The main problem comes in the case of tea and coffee packaging where the air has to be completely zero inside the packet otherwise there is a harmful effect to the packed product.  For this purpose, the vacuum packaging came into existence.  With its first step into the market, its popularity increases like a forest fire.  The basic reason behind it is, that vacuum is a place where there is no air.  It is completely airless and so the growth of microbes which is either aerobic or anaerobic growth is just impossible.  Thus, the product packed is just safe and healthy.  Also, the vacuum packaging helps in maintaining the taste and freshness of the food for a longer time.  But, the care has to be taken once the packet is opened because, after that the product is susceptible to the atmospheric air, humidity and microbes also.

Not only the food product, are even the cosmetic packaging nowadays making use of the vacuum in packing up their items.  Actually, the cosmetics items like, lips stick, mail polish, various types of powders and creams are basically not attacked by the microbes because they have chemical in them, but the factor that affects them the most is either atmospheric air, which can make them dry or even contamination with certain unwanted chemicals which can reduce its odor, effects and even make it harmful.  Mainly, plastic is used in cosmetic packaging which not only protects it from air, but also generates vacuum inside.  Along with that, the chemical help is also taken, which keeps the product as it is for a very longer time also in open air.

Vacuum packaging to safe it

There is everything around in the market that a person wants. What ever, he wants it is available. There are many products in the market which take care of each and every utility of the person. Keeping in mind to save time and giving the maximum results with minimum efforts such products are manufactured. Along with many others, the packed food is also available which just have to boil in water just for few minutes and the dinner is ready. But, is that food is safe? The answer is yes. Starting from the manufacturing to the quality and taste utmost care is taken. But, the most important of all is its packaging. When the food is packed, their chance of getting attacked by the microbes or getting oxidized is more. This not only destroys its nutrition level but may also make it harmful.

Vacuum packaging is the best way to store and transport or sell the food products. This is also used in the storage of chemicals or medicines. The sea food packaging such as beans, meat, fishes, prawns, vegetables, fruits, etc. can be stored easily without the fear of loosing their taste and freshness. In the vacuum packaging, the product stored in it, is safe from the atmospheric gases mainly the oxygen. Thus, the food cannot get oxidized and it remains fresh for longer time. However, in storage of liquid substances, the vacuum packaging is limited to certain time only. The reason behind this is that bacterial growth can not be retarded permanently even after packing it in vacuum. Thus, up to certain time, it remains safe.

The vacuum packaging is in great demand these days. With the up growing industries the demand is increasing along with it. However, the contract packaging industries have developed looking at the demand of the companies. Contract packaging actually includes all types of packaging looking at the consumers demand and necessity. From cartons to tubs, from sachets to pouches, from blisters packs to pots everything is possible. Actually, the product that we see in the market passes by the long chain of processes where the contract packaging is the most important of all. Here, the product is packed and then sent to the companies where the further marketing is done.

The product is packed as per the demand of the companies and looking at the type of material. These days, huge machines and large numbers of workers are involved in Contract packaging. The work is done in minimum time with less manual efforts. With the increase of technology, the work is getting more and easier and the market is getting more and hotter with competition.

Have a cup of tea in early morning

The winter has already started and very soon it will get more and cooler. With the passage of time, this winter will bring along with it cough, cold, fever and many more seasonal or viral diseases. In order to protect ourselves from cold and cough and other viral disease, people prefer to drink tea. Tea is nowadays very much popular among the youth as well as the older people. Ordinary Indian family consumes tea on an average 2 to 3 times a day. This shows that tea is so much important or essential part of our day routine.  However, tea was basically used as a medicinal drink. But, now it is been widely used as a refreshing drink and also few people drink it for taste.

In market, various forms of teas are found. Tea bags are also available and used widely.  Basically, tea bags were used to store fresh leaves of teas which can be dipped into the hot water or milk and then used. Such bags are made up of silk or nylon material.  Nowadays, plastic bags are also been used. In 1903, first tea bag was invented made up of paper. This was actually made in order to store and transport leaves of tea. But now, such leaves are processed and packed in bags which can be used directly then. Tea bags actually became very popular among the traveling people. They carry the tea of their own taste and can enjoy the taste at any moment and at any place.

For the household purpose, the tea is stored in their pouches. Variety of tea pouches in various capacity or volume packets are now available in market. Such tea pouches are actually sealed properly so that the tea leaves remain fresh through out. Also, it is packed in thick foils or sometimes even plastic packets. The unwanted air is removed from the packets which may affect the tea leaves.  Inside the pouches, its completely vacuum packaging and due care is taken while it’s packaging. If any mistake is done, or care is not taken, then the tea leaves may lose their aroma or taste.

The freshness of the leaves will be lost. The tea has its great importance. Even the doctors recommend drinking at least 1 cup of tea daily. It acts as an anti-oxidant.  However, it should be remembered that tea if taken in limit, it is good but if in excess it’s very harmful. Enjoy the taste and enjoy life but in limit.
